I’m keeping it together - but it’s been a rough ride. Tony not working out was a big disappointment for all of us - but we can’t put the obstacle of time in front of us when we have so much to get done. We have to have this animatic done before the new year.

Micam and Chris being here has been a great help, even during the shouting matches out in the garage (apparently we’ve chosen to take our grief out on each other). I think I’ve grown up a lot over the last couple of weeks and it’s weird not being able to go visit mom at the hospital on a daily basis. Christine wants me home more. I want to work Myst and get these boards done.

Ryan thinks he has another contact we can investigate. Hopefully, we’ll be boarding with another artist by this time next week. Might have to throw money at it.

Tonight, we had small party for Adrian’s birthday. For the last several years, Chris has been here for the shebang, and we always put something on for Adrian (usually with a cake from Macri’s involved). This year, it is different because Mom wasn’t around to give him a plant, or a scratch off. But I think we did okay. We covered the scratch off.

Between Adrian and Chris burning the butter chicken, and Micam falling in love with Sarah at first sight (we will now refer to her as his girlfriend) it’s been a fun night. And a needed distraction. I ended up getting Adrian a little boom box because readily available music will be an absolute necessity at his place over the next couple months of boarding.

I put ‘Veovis’ on his card. He gave me a card a couple weeks ago that said ‘Aitrus’.
