“Hey Guys,

Read through the “scriptment” and I really liked it! Got me very excited - great job! I would just love to see this movie! (yeah, I’m biased, I know)

I have only a couple of comments at this point:

Anyway, those are just two small points in the whole process that will inevitably involve much more weeping and gnashing of teeth :)

Again, great job!

Rand”

We really couldn’t have hoped for a better response. Two notes on 80 pages of script is something of an accomplishment - especially when they’re coming from one of the authors of the book.

It’s a good day.

I’m convinced :D

Okay, I thought I was excited before…this just kicked it up several thousand notches. :D

Good job, guys! Keep it going! :D

What a great review from Rand - can’t ask for more of a blessing than that!

And how prophetic he was: “[script changes] that will inevitably involve much more weeping and gnashing of teeth” - just look at Adrian’s recent Panera Bread incident:-)

Now that is just plain evil! Lol!

It’s true. We’re sadistic :)

Ah, thanks for sharing this letter with us! Not only is it an amazing confidence booster (in your work), but –

It’s also from Atrus! *giggle*

see, you guys need to somehow get Rand Miller in as a cameo in the movies, if not Atrus himself when you do the other books (Assuming you do). that would be so cool to be watching the movie then all of a sudden jump out of your seat and say, “oh my gosh!!!! It’s Atrus!!!!!! the Real Atrus!!!!!!!” at least, i know i would.
