		<description>Deius, the rights have passed hands a few times.  Currently, they reside with Cyan.  This is how Rand and Tony can extend use (but not exclusivity) to us.  It is scary, but we've learned to trust those guys over the last couple years.  Hope for the best and we'll disclose more later.</description>
