For The Press - A Project Summary

Mar
29

… otherwise known as not showing our hand.  Many, many things have happened this past week which — we can’t disclose — yet.  It is an infuriating process when we’re attempting to document all that we’re going through for everyone to share and then come across a situation that we simply can’t talk about.  Call it us taking more steps away from our underdog status (without losing such sensibilities) and into the light - whether that light be warm and inviting or a skin-searing halogen.  We’re treading carefully.  There are snakes everywhere.  They’re hungry and we’re fresh and we’re now just forging our ankle armor.

Official things, scary things, necessary things.  I think they’re all the same right now.

Rest assured though, that we’ve not stepped away from telling our story.  The game is still on.  There are a collection of posts dated 03/24, 03/26/, 03/27 that are simply waiting for us to be in the safety to click ‘publish’.  We just can’t yet, and for that we’re sorry (and also very, very excited).

Oooooooooooo

So, is the content of these messages involving the Script? Or Hollywood? Or just something so big you don’t want everyone to found out yet?

If so, it makes me antsy!

Ooooh, I can’t wait to find out what this is!

I don’t know why, but I really want to know the title. Chances are, you don’t have it yet….so am I correct to understand that this is being based off of The Book of Ti’ana?

What would happen if you posts escaped early? Would the snakes begin to bite?

From the tags you assigned this post, it is perfectly obvious what happened in the last few days. You received a phone call which directed you to a meeting, in which there were EVIL people who tried to stop you in your glorious path of movie-production. The evil people locked you in a room with glaring halogen lights and hungry snakes. Luckily for you I have deciphered your clever secret messages. Yes, Google sure helps with stalking–I mean, rescuing people.

Erm, yea, Cyan said it went somewhere Myst has never gone before.

I’m gunna wager it’s not based off any of the books, thought locations from the books might.

Mr. DeVile! I’m ready for my close-up!

Looking forward to hearing more. :)

Ooh, I’m excited! (Not about the snakes, but definitely about everything else). I figured you guys were busy with something since things were a little quiet here for a while. No worries, I’m certainly not going anywhere… might have to twitch and dance around a little out of anticipation while I wait, though!

Nek’rahm: so it won’t be based on a book?

Thinking about it…

It’s a good thing,I guess.I mean, you won’t have to choose if you want to read the book or see the movie, and the movie will get it’s own place in the story, not based on a book.

Ooh - interesing - about the snakes AND the movie! “Snakes on a Book” for the title?
Tell us more! :D

Gorobay, you are an absolute master of deduction! Don’t tell anyone though, okay? Our lives are at stake. Shhhh…..or perhaps it’s just “ssssssss…”

Arrgghh! Snakes on a game! Er, film based on a game. That is, film based on a book based on a game. Oh, never mind.

Sounds very intriguing! Can hardly wait for the news! :)

Adrian and Patrick,

I’m assuming you will copyright your work as soon as it’s done, yes? -_-”

If you need an IP Lawyer, I’ll do it for free. I know the ins and outs of the law… to an extent…

Not snakes! If there are snakes the Bahro can’t swoop in and save you! Although if the snakes get too nippy the fanbase will probably be more than happy to beat them to death for you.

Then again, we might end up just trying to stroke them to get them to fly away.

Can you release the exciting collection of posts yet?

Not just yet, but thanks for watching.
