But more importantly, I find it interesting that some of you want to compare the two series...the MT books are written for 5 - 8 year olds and are about 60 pages. It's just "an interesting coincidence" that my son discovered them at the same time that his uncle is working on a similary themed project. Good series. i just read it for times when i was bored, and i only read like the first 10 copies. But Myst beats magic Treehouse by a long shot. In theirs, they just go into their treehouse, read one of the books, and their treehouse gets transported somewhere either in time or into a story. so, yea, the Myst Linking books are a bit similar, but Linking books are much better. in the Magic Treehouse, they always had to keep track of where their treehosue was in case of an emergency.
