If you can find a teacher who does it from the purely fitness end it's quite nice. Do try to take a few seconds to breathe. I know I don't. Me, I have to get on track with this whole "becoming a writer" business. And yet here I am, posting, instead of working on finals. *sigh* C'est la vie. See Iron Man while you’re at it!
