For The Press - A Project Summary

…We can really shake ‘em down?

We appear to utilize song lyrics in our titles quite often. I have no idea why….

Anyway…

As Patrick mentioned in his last post, things have been busy. We’ve both been soaking up the time we’ve had with Micam and Chris. They left today, so now it’s back to life as usual. I’m sitting at my Starbucks using the newly implemented free Internet for partners :) while my car is in the shop.

I got a text message from one of my co-workers this morning. Our very first interview has finally seen the light of day! Her husband found it this morning.

Check it out at 1up.com

Sadly, she chose not to use my Uwe Boll bashing :) Bummer. I was up for a fight…

Hehe… well, Uwe Bowl is of course on Spike, so I guess he’s more famous than you two…

But, at least we know who’s better. Right? Seriously… do we? O-o

Either way, it’s good to see this on 1up. Gunna add this to the “press” tab anytime soon? >_> <_<

Wait a minute… OMG IS THAT A BANNER AT SAYS MYST: THE BOOK OF TI’ANA?

AND a piece of concept art? Dude, can you guys put the full picture of that concept art on the downloads area, as well as a downloadable signature with the Myst: TBOT banner?

I would absolutely LOVE to get attention here by passing the picture around!

Nice interview ; ) btw, I can NOT believe Scenerios was that long ago!
(Adrian, I should have called ya, I was right next to Starbucks when you were there… maybe next time.)

Wooot!

Was that a picture of Veovis? Kinda like how I imagined him to be, in the parts where he was older (as in not one).

And I know two years is really just a hope, but still, the mention of you wanting that excites me! I was expecting quite a few years. If you shoot for your dreams, you can get ‘em!

“a myst opportunity?”
*groan*

:P

BTW, I saw the second Narnia movie last night and it was interesting to see two previews before the movie that had general D’ni-like plots…a civilization underground, etc, etc. I can’t remember the names of them unfortunately (too busy mocking them with my friend) but I found the parallels amusing.

Ah, excellent interview!
So that’s why you’re always at Starbucks, Adrian! XD And I’m extremely excited to see the animatic now. I’m quite interested in the artistic side of movie production, so the idea of a six minute still-frame concept art trailer really does appeal to me! It’s also quite cool to be referenced (I mean collectively, all we fans who like to hang out here) a couple of times in connection with fan response.:-)
I just want you to know that you’re trumping the American Idol season finale, which is happening on a big screen next to my head right now.
Oh, and that really was terrible, Adrian!

The ball is rolling!

cool! that was amazing! good job. I can’t wait to see more of that stuff coming up. And i know that this is fantastically unrealistic, but i’d love to see an Imax have like the age fly-views. you know, when you first find a linking book? that would be amazing. I thought of that when i saw the building from J’nanin infront of a bunch of seats. just imagine how amazing that would look! but, then again, i don’t think anyone but us would go. Still cool though.
